C.E.O. - Lynn R. Murtagh

Mr. Murtagh has been in the construction industry for over 30 successful years. Lynn’s career spans throughout the southeastern U.S. where he has held licenses in 8 states. Mr. Murtagh has earned a national reputation for his visionary leadership of Meridian. With his practice and implementation of a strict “code of ethics”, Lynn is responsible for setting the highest standards and delivering the best quality to every construction project with only YOU in mind. Meridian builds for the way people live today and Mr. Murtagh’s dedication to the construction industry and the craft of excellence can be seen in his day-to-day involvement of your project.

Lynn’s passion for commitment is reflected in his extraordinary dedication to community and public service, environmental support, health care and disaster relief with his humanitarian involvement in Angel Flight, a non-profit charitable organization of pilots who fly emergency missions transporting patients for surgery at a moments notice by donating their time and the use of their planes and operating costs.  Mr. Murtagh has been on the board of directors and also sponsored the Fort Myers American Little League minor league “Marlins” while coaching for eight straight years. Lynn’s community ties and philanthropic achievements serve to emphasize his reputation of integrity, honesty and moral standards that are incorporated into every aspect of his daily business practices.

Lynn Murtagh earned his M.B.A. in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and his B.S. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Mr. Murtagh is a LEED Accredited Professional earning this distinguished building certification through the USGBC.  Lynn resides in Fort Myers, FL with his wife Debbie and son Shelby. Degree’s and honors aside, as a native of Louisiana, Lynn loves Cajun food and has plenty of authentic recipes to share.
